Delicious strawberry banana smoothie (low calorie)
I don't know about you guys but there are days where I really REALLY need a smoothie but don't want the hassle of the extra calories. Well I have found this recipe that is super yummy AND curbs my hunger! The ingredients are for 1 serving of 176 calories per serving.(depending on what brands of ingredients you use!)
1/4 cup of almond milk (unsweetened, I like the blue diamond brand)
1 cup of strawberries
1/2 of a fresh medium banana (maybe eat the other half as a snack!)
1 tablespoon of peanutbutter( I use Jiffs whipped peanutbutter)
A handful of ice cubes
I love LOVE this smoothie. Also because I'm a huge peanutbutter addict

Great idea! I have some in the pantry and need to use it up!0 -
Add kale or spinach to it! You won't be able to taste any difference but you'll be getting those in your diet easily0

Tip! : instead of using peanut butter trying peanut powder! it tastes the same with half the calories;)0
