Hello and welcome. You can start by logging every bite that you eat and drinking water. This is a lifestyle change, so do what you know you can continue to do for life. You can still have treats if you plan for them and incorporate them in your daily limits. If you really want to have something but do not have enough calories left, exercise for it. Take this one day and one pound at a time. What has helped me a great deal is paying attention to every little positive difference losing weight makes, no matter how small and writing it down. Believe in yourself0

That's great thank you for your advice. Didn't realise how much I was eating until I logged it today. Basically 2 days worth?!?! I eat pretty healthy but have a really big appetite!
It starts tomorrow.
