I have successfully lost weight 3 years ago. I have lost over 75 lbs in a year (200 lbs. to 124 lbs.) I didn't do much other than stop eating so much during the day, no late night eating and I walked at least 3 miles every other day. It was easy once the weight started falling off. Once I was down to 125 I started to do a lot of pull-ups and push-ups to gain muscle in my arms. I put a few pounds to get up to military weight (134) for my height because 124 just didn't suit my body. I was looking sick and my family was concerned. Over the last year I have gained too much weight so Im ready to lose again. I guess in the last year I got way too comfortable.
