Ready to lose 50 lbs

I'm new and I want to lose 40-50 lbs total and 30 lbs by Christmas. If anyone has any nutrition and exercise tips I would really appreciate it.

I lost 17 lbs since aug 15th by just logging everything i ate and by trying to get the 10k step goal everyday. I dont hit the step goal everyday but i am strict on daily calorie goal. If you do moderate cardio and resistance training you will better results. Best tip is to not give up! You can do it and you are worth it!!0
