hi, I'm Jo and I've been on and of mfp a while but back at it and deadly serious.

I'm looking for weight loss.buddies so we can support and motivate each other.

I'm looking to lose around 60lb big task but I know I can and MUST do it x

    Feel free to add me! I just recently got back on here and with help and advice from others. I've managed to lose 7 lbs in less then a month. In a healthy way of course lol

    I'm just starting out on here I got about 4 stone 2 loose and all need motivation someone to stop me going wrong we could help each other

    Hi feel free to add me on. I have lost 40 pounds since March by changing how I eat and exercising 40 minutes per day. I still need to loss 40 more pounds. We can do this!

    Hi, Please add me...need the motivation and can return the motivation as well. Trying to lose weight and for now I am going to keep my goal logically - starting at 40-50 lbs over the next 6 months. I can do it, will need to use my fitness pal as a tool and log the food diary. I never eat the calories that I need in a day; and then I end up hungry and want to eat, eat, and eat. I want to start eating more throughout the day and eliminate the got to eat late in the evening.

    Hello. My name is Liz. I have used MFP many times never real seriously. I also need to lose 60 lbs. My son recently became a certified trainer and is helping me with this struggle I've had for years. I feel really motivated this time and being accountable is important.
