Ticker updating

Hi people, does anyone know how I can update my exercise ticker? I got it from ticker factory but I don't know how to update it... and it wont let me click on it (which is what is says to do on the website..)

Top of the page. Tool tab. Then below it will have a tickers one after you click on it. Then you can update.0

That only has my weight one, I wanted to update my exercise one from tickerfactory.com

I have the same problem. I use a ticker from ticker factory and can't update it by clicking on it. What I did was edit my signature and copy the url into a new browser window. Then I made it a favorite so I can go back and update it. Of the three lines below for my ticker factory ticker it is the first one from tickerfactory:
