Aqua Aerobics???

Anyone know how many calories a 1hr class of aqua aerobics burns? and what would i put it under on MFP???

    Try water aerobics in the cardio area. That is where I add it.

    Only way for true accuracy in something like this (and most any workout) is using an HRM (heart rate monitor) as we all will burn a different amount of calories in our workouts. It depends on our age, weight, fitness level etc., hard to go off of what someone else would burn.:flowerforyou:

    I wear a HRM in the pool (Polar FT4) and I usually burn around 300 in an hour during my class. If I remember right MFP's figures for swimming and water aerobics are quite high.
