New mommy with goals

hi there,
I am a new mom who is wanting to get fit again! I had my son 9 weeks ago! Like many of us do, I gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy. Before my pregnancy I was very active, did 10km 3x a week as well as HIIT 2-3x week, I was in the best shape of my life, however I am now sitting at 195lbs! I am looking for supporters to help keep me motivated to get to my goal! I have used this app in the past with great success, so I am hoping to do it again! :) support me and I will support you!

    Congratulations on the birth of your baby :)

    Take this slow - you're a new mum and you need to be gentle to yourself. Start off with tracking those calories and getting back into the habit again.
