These were so lush and very simple to make. I have attached a video of me making them ( recipe towards end)
Here's the full recipe details:
30g flavoured protein powder ( I used salted caramel by MyProtein)
42g Coconut flour
1 tsp Coconut oil
9 tsp almond milk
1 and half tbsp of vanilla extract
3 tbsp stevia/truvia sugar
4 blocks of dark chocolate
1. Combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl, but make sure that you gradually fold in the milk to avoid the mixture becoming sloppy.
2. Use your hands to mold the mixture into balls.
3. Store in the fridge for best results.

I would say add a few more scoops of protein. How many did you make? Divide that into 30g of protein, and it wouldn't be much.0
