Anyone willing to harass me?

By this I mean guilt me into working out. Eating well and actually getting off my butt and going to the gym. I have lots of excuses and need some motivation.

    Do you enjoy your workout? If not my suggestion is to find something you enjoy.

    That said for weight loss you don't need to workout at all. Just watching how many calories you consume will result in weight loss. The caveat to that is you don't get the benefits of working out and one of those benefits is the ability to lose weight while eating more calories than you can without working out.

    As for the eating healthy...I'm not even good at that. Exercise + calorie control has gotten me to where I am now.
