    Rick,

    1) Try to think about the food you want to eat the night before. What I like to do is fill in my meals the night before, so when I'm ready to eat I can just look at MyFitnessPal and plan accordingly. I don't need to add my food, because I did it the night before. Takes me 5-10 minutes tops. If I change something I just add it in or delete an item. That's it. Also, I know what I'm getting in fats, carbs, sodium and calories before I actually consume what I'm going to eat. Works great.

    2) Try to add in a nutribullet if you're lacking in getting your vegetables/fruits for the day. I use a green powder called "Amazing Grass Green Superfoods Acai and Goji." Taste isn't so great mixed in water, but when I mix it in my Nutribullet I can't even tell it's in there. For many of my drinks I use spinach, mango, Amazing Grass, med banana and filtered water. Taste amazing.

    I've lost 45 on my own and about 6 with the app in the two weeks I've started using it regularly.
