Kettlebells

Hey There!! So today I tried a Kettlebell class for the very first time and I really liked it, its not easy but I was sweating and felt like my boddy was burning a lot of calories. If you have not tried it, I suggest that you do! My only concern now is that Im not sure how to submit my excersice, any advice for those who have done Kettlebells and submitted it for calories burned??

    I also use kettlebells. I asked the same question a few months ago and was told to submit it as circuit training. I wear a bodybugg when I work out, and the numbers I get on the read out pretty much match the numbers I get when I input it as circuit training, so give it a try.

    I bought a Bob Harper kettlebell/DVD combo and really enjoy that at home! Before I got my heart rate monitor I would enter it as circuit training. Not sure if that was the most accurate but that's what I went with!
