Dusts myself off.....okay here we go again. Here are my rules:
1)No Pressure. Some is Good, Too much is BAD!
2)No weighing myself on a daily or even weekly basis.
3)Pay attention to your pant size. Go Shopping once a month
4)Mark exercise progress everyday.
5)Make more positive friends and avoid the negative ones.

:drinker: Have fun doing this. I learned that its okay to fall off, but its not okay to lay there and do nothing about it.
