Anyone have advice on weight lifting programs that will also help keep the heart rate up to burn fat

Nutrition is king when it comes to losing weight (fat & muscle). Resistance training will help preserve muscle. Good nutrition coupled with a respectable lifting program will get you results in time.

This. Lift all and as fast as you want and you will still be struggling to burn fat if the diet is not dialed in.0 -
Maybe try some strength endurance workouts. I love escalated density training or sometimes called high density training (HDT/EDT). Here's one link below but you can google for other info on this type of training:

reps of 50 with as much weight as you can... if you only can do 30 take NO MORE then a 10 sec break
Move station to station FAST 10 sec breaks your heart will be beating, you should be breathing heavy and muscles fatigued0 -
