I continue to go way over my fiber compared to what mfp says I should be having... is this okay? I'm still under calories most days, drinking lots of water, and am excercising and have lost weight. I'm happy with what I'm eating, and I'm losing. So is it okay that I am eating more fiber?

MFP's setting is actually way under! You should have 25-28g of fiber a day (or more depending on your digestive/bowel needs)!

As long as you're not going over 50 grams a day. The recommended is 20-35 grams.

You need lots of fiber, it's a good thing so don't worry about it!

It is absolutely fine to go over on fiber! as long as you're drinking the water and sticking to the overall goals, fiber helps keep you full longer.

I always go over fiber too. Usually people track fiber because they aren't aren't getting enough. Way to be ahead on a healthy note!

It's fine as long as you feel okay. You'll know when you have too much (lots of gas.. and number 2 all the time.. sometimes constipation with all that too.).
