    Mon.-Fri. I post a mini challenge :)

    Also, just want to remind fitpeeps that if it was easy-peasy it wasn't a "challenge" right? If you normally do around 100 (no sweat) then PUSH to see how far you go and report back with THAT number :)

    In the same token, if your muscles are failing and you can't get past a much lower number by midnight- you DID NOT FAIL, you did you personal best and then some if your muscles are giving out and you should be PROUD of testing your limits!

    I wish I would have brought my weights to work.

    Use your water bottle, if you brought one. I'm using mine that holds 64 oz.

    but i was using a 2lb weight, sooooo i'm going to aim for 100 more!

    Okay, so something must have worked last week, because ow!ow!ow!, I felt these today!

    1 set of 25 with 10lbs
    3 sets of 25 with 5 lbs

    Will need to work up to the 10lbs!

    First time doing one of these....it was nice to get a mini mid-day workout at my desk. I did 100 in 5 sets of 20 with what I estimate was about 7 pounds left in a cascade bottle I borrowed from the kitchen.

    I just did 250 in 10 mins with 10 set of 20 and one set of 30. I went until my arms felt the burn. I have been low on working out today so I might just have to do this challenge later tonight again.
