First time doing one of these....it was nice to get a mini mid-day workout at my desk. I did 100 in 5 sets of 20 with what I estimate was about 7 pounds left in a cascade bottle I borrowed from the kitchen.0

Done- 125! 5 sets of 25 with a 5 pound weight.0

I just did 250 in 10 mins with 10 set of 20 and one set of 30. I went until my arms felt the burn. I have been low on working out today so I might just have to do this challenge later tonight again.0

i also didn't get yesterday's done d/t having to work overtime last night, so i did the squats today too!! :bigsmile:0 -

200 done! I did 100 with 3lb, 50 with 10lbs and 50 with 6lbs! At least it made me forget about my legs hurting from the squats on Tuesday!0
