I recently tried a B up Sugar Cookie protein bar. I didn't think it really tasted like sugar cookies but I liked the thickness of the bar and the texture.

Didn't really use them before. But liked the Fiber One protein bar...and that was more for the candy part, a treat. To snack in between not for the protein.

But since i do some cardio and switched from swimming to jogging/running i noticed i was more sore than normal.
I upped my protein and water and bought Pure Protein, first of all it seems to help. I am less sore

But most important, i love them!

I find that it really depends on how much protein you want for the calories. Some of my go-tos are: Zone Perfect, Luna Bars, Nature Valley protein bars, Clif Bars. But I'm cheap and I'll buy whatever is on sale that fits my needs.

I liked the B-Up sugar cookie better than any quest bar I've tried (and I've tried them all); however, the peanut butter was pretty gross, imo.

Fit crunch is pretty tasty, but if you really want a delicious protein bar, try Pure Protein salted caramel.

The taste of Combat Crunch is pretty good, but I hate the chocolate coating. It adds too many calories and is messy as hell.

Absolute favorite (besides Quest) is Powercrunch. They have the texture of a kitkat bar, and I love the wafer crunch to them. All of the flavors are good (peanut creme, mint chocolate, salted caramel, etc), and per bar has roughly 200 calories, 14 grams of protein and 4 grams of sugar.

My favorite protein bars I get at Costco - Pure Protein, Zone Perfect, and Premier Protein.

Of these 3, Premier Protein is my favorite, I always really look forward to eating one, enjoy it immensely as I'm eating it, and feel satisfied afterwards.

Combat Crunch Birthday Cake is amazing & their Cinnamon Twist is alright (it kind of reminded me of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal).

I've warmed up a little to the Fit Elite Cookie Dough bars if they're microwaved, but out of the pack they're pretty horrible.

Think Thin Lemon Cream Pie is also pretty good, but they're a little higher calorie at around 240 calories.

I just switched to Combat Crunch from Quest. They are nice and thick for the calorie count.
