Weight-Losers versus Depression!

I have started a new group called Weight-Losers versus Depression. Would anyone like to join? Depression can lead to weight gain and often the lack of energy and motivation make it very hard for people with depression to work out and eat right. Anyone at all is welcome to join, no diagnosis needed - my goal is for us to form a tight community where everyone can get the emotional support and encouragement they need.
