second was on May 11th 2011
third was May 31st
and the last was taken 2 days ago!

Well I started just doing 8 minute abs every night for about a month or so, then i Moved to Ab RipperX and I do that every other day to once every 3 days depending on how I am feeling!0 -

For just my abs I started doing 8 minute abs everyday once I felt comfortable I started doing ab ripperx one ever other day or once every 3 days depending on how i felt. But to be honest i feel like they really started toning up when I started jogging and drinking a ton of water, I hope this helps! I mainly try to do strength training at least 3x a week also0 -
