I got within one pound of my goal and totally fell off the wagon. I had a very stressful few days, got off track, and could just not get back on. As a result, I've gained back 10 pounds. Yes I enjoyed eating with abandon, but was it even close to being worth it? No way. I wish more than anything I had stayed on track. I guess this is more to myself than anything. Don't do it. It's not worth it. Nothing I ate is worth being miserable the way I am today. Sigh.

The good thing about it is that you are back. It came on quickly, it will come back off quickly. You know how to do this and can do it again!0

Its probably mostly water and you can flush it out with lotsa water! You got this!0

Life happens... Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and keep moving... Don't punish yourself for being human... And as the others said... It is mostly water... Take a deep breath and hop back on... You will do awesome!0

I've been down that road many times, don't be too hard on yourself, I read recently that when we overeat is not much about the food or the taste but abour how we're feeling and how we try to fulfill those needs with something, next time you feel down look for an alternative, insetad of eating something just do something different, I know it's hard (ohh believe me, I KNOW), but little by little you can positively affect your habits. Chin up! Keep fighting!0

Regrets are a huge waste of energy. This was a good learning experience. You discovered it wasn't worth it after all. My motto: Learn from it and let it go. No sense dwelling on the negative. The positive is that you caught the error right away and probably won't make it again. That's good!0

It's not impossible to get back on track! Now you know better, so you'll make better choices from now on.
Don't sweat it too much, it happens to most of us I think. It certainly happened to me. No, I wasn't within one lb of my goal weight, but I was about six lbs away, went to Las Vegas, ate like a ravenous monster at the fancy buffets, and then just all hell broke loose afterwards..... I didn't stick to my calorie goals and I stopped exercising and I gained 17 lbs. But now I know better than to let that happen again!!0 -
Thank you everyone! I am using this as an important lesson. If I'm tempted again in the future, I hope to read my words and realize what a mistake it would be.0
