Welcome to the boards! I am no expert but I would say to go slowly... aim for a pound lost per week. I am a believer in behavior modification and creating new habits. They say anything you do for 90 days in a row becomes a habit. Just start with a day of good eating/exercise... stretch it to 2 days in a row, then 3, etc. Before you know it you will have new habits. Good luck!0
