There's always a good ol' english muffin breakfast sandwich, except a veggie burger instead of meat. Chia seed oatmeal (I'm sure there are tons of different recipes for this somewhere out in the internet). Egg and bean breakfast wraps/quesadillas.0

Eggs - omelettes, scrambled, poached - however you like them.
Greek yoghurt (add granola, berries etc)
Porridge/oatmeal with added protein powder
Vegetarian 'meat' - sausages, Facon
Beans on toast0 -
Half cup cooked long grain rice, a fried egg on top with Sriracha sauce0

Greek Yogurt
Hemp Protein Powder (for Shakes) - tastes like clay so need to use fruit0
