I read The New Rules of Lifting for Women...I am in the second week of program. It's awesome. It's not so much for weightloss, but for fat loss. Anyone out there on this program?

    It's a program basically showing women how to "lift like a man, look like a goddess" That's the tag line. Heavier weights, less reps. lose fat, gain muscle. It's an easy read, a great book and I love the program!

    I'm building strength, weight loss is coming mainly from my diet - ketogenic / low carb.

    I just finished reading it, and I'm looking forward to starting the program. Right now I'm doing ChaLean Extreme (concentrates on weight training too, but not as intense, from the look of it), and once I can get back into the gym (kids are home for the summer) I'm going to start this. It looks like a great way to build muscle (which makes you leaner and burns more fat).

    I'm reading it now. The author is really good at keeping your attention so it makes it easy to read and retain information. When I'm done and I've completed ChaLean Extreme I will start this program.
