Help with meal plan?

Hi everyone
I'm currently trying to lose weight and have a meal plan in mind but was looking for some feedback or suggestions on what could be improved or if its fine how it is.

Breakfast
2 boiled eggs, orange and coffee

Snack
fruit or nuts

Lunch
crumbed fish with Veggies or Chicken salad sandwich on multigrain bread

Snack
Fruit or nuts

Dinner
150g Chicken Breast with Veggies

Snack
Fruit or nuts

I'm not entirely sure how many calories it is but I'm hoping to consume at least 1500

Thank you any suggestions or critiques are welcome :smiley:

    Use a scale with grams to weigh everything, especially the nuts.

    It looks pretty well-balanced, but I'd suggest not sticking to a menu as much as just sticking to your calories and balancing your micro and macronutrients well. You may find yourself getting bored trying to stick to a rigorous meal plan. (However, if you like eating the same thing every day, then do it! There's nothing wrong with it.)
    And the tip about a food scale is an excellent one.
