Florida in 1 week...SUGGESTIONS?!

Okay everyone, I'm heading to Florida with friends a week from today and would loovee to find a good quick way to just slim down a bit in time for when i leave..just a few pounds if possible. Are there any suggestions or methods that have worked for any of you!? Any input would be appreciated! :happy:

    you are not going to lose weight in that time -- you could possibly lose 1-2lbs but that is it. I would watch your sodium intake and drink tons of water and don't drink soda or alcohol as they tend to bloat you. Feeling/looking less bloated will help you to look a bit slimmer and make you feel better.

    There are no miracle diets. Maybe now you should start you weight loss goal, get motivated and get moving. when you get down there take to running on the beach!

    Have fun!!! I live here so I have fun everyday! Watch the carbs. Your body can do without them for a short time so cutting the bad ones will be okay for a couple of weeks. When I went on a week crusie, I ate no carbs other than beggies, so that I could enjoy the drinks!!! Good luck and have fun!!

    I will message you! :) I have the perfect meal plan... U will eat every two to three hrs and the lbs will melt off you within 6 days :)

    Watch your carbs, sodium and sugar consumption over the next week. Also, get into the gym daily and combine cardio with strength training. You may only lose a pound or two but you can do a little toning in that time too. Also, lots of water! It helps flush the toxins out and makes your skin look better.

    You can do jack all in a week about weight. You can, however, lower your sodium and carbs RIGHT down and drink a ton of water. That way you will not be bloated (ever heard of "carb-face"?) which makes you look bigger than you are especially in the stomach and face areas. You could try some toning stuff but realistically a week is not enough time to have a noticeable effect. Just be sure to take some clothes that emphasise your hottest bits and get on the weight-loss bandwagon for the long term.

    God God girl you look great.you .are young and like you said NOT overweight. I saw the advice you was given and the carb and sodium makes sense. I lived in Florida for 9 yrs and from your pic you look like the ideal beach babe!! You'll be fine and have a great time, enjoy the sun and quit worrying!! :)
