Strength training calorie burning????

Options
Hi guys I need some help. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if it just doesn't do it but when I log cardio it shows calories burned but it doesn't for strength? Does it only do it for cardio or am I doing it wrong?

Log it as "strength training/weight lifting" under the cardio exercises. The strength stuff is more for keeping track of what weight you're currently lifting/how many reps you're rockin'.

If you log strength training under cardio, you will get a calorie burn estimate.

Calorie burns are especially difficult to measure for strength training............

This. So many things go into the calorie burn during lifting that any estimate is almost useless. I always adjust my lifting calories burned to 1 after they auto log, because I know they aren't accurate. But then again, I use the TDEE method and not the NEAT method, so it doesn't affect me adversely.
