Anyone got any easy to prep recipes they could recommend and also what supplements they use? Thankyou:)))!

I take a multivitamin daily and use protein powder when needed to supplement my protein intake.

Crockpot meals. Make a big batch one day out of the week, separate into single servings and freeze. You can find a few good recipes on skinnytaste.com. One of my favorites is the Chicken Taco Chili.

I suggest that young women take a multivitamin that includes Folic acid. A pregnancy vitamin can do that for you. I'm menopausal and I take a pregnancy vitamin daily, LOL. Anyone in the northern hemisphere needs Vitamin D. That's it.

I like the crockpot prep meal idea above. I make a chili at least twice a month, and the leftovers just get better with reheating. Some dieters who like routine will cook up a whole bunch of chicken breasts and then prepare them in dozens of ways through the week.

For breakfast you might want to try egg muffins or refrigerator oatmeal. My refrigerator oatmeal is 1/3 cup oat flakes, 1/4 cup frozen fruit (whatever's on hand), yogurt to fill the mason jar, and a tablespoon of sunflower seeds. The single mason jar is two breakfasts.

I love bulk cooking! I actually have fish chowder on the stove right now. Just a couple of pounds of tilapia stewed with veggies and potatoes in a bit of cream. I plan to freeze half for later.
