What's your favourite? I'm a huge fan of the goblet, box & spilt squats! I love nothing more than feeling my entire body engage!

    I personally prefer regular high bar squats- pause squats and front squats- I do OHS for mobility- but not for strength.

    My favorite? Low bar back.

    What I actually do? Low bar back, high bar back (depending on muscle focus), and front squat. Not all in the same day or at the same time, mind... just in general.

    In terms of variations/partials, pin press squats are so much fun.

    I like back squats (both low and high but for the most part I do high bar) and front squats. I did like goblet when I've tried them. About half or so on the list I haven't even tried yet. Might need to test some things out on occasion, just for fun.

    Personally I prefer lunges over squats but I do include front squats (barbell and kettlebell), Bulgarian split squats, zerchers, goblet squats, and 1 leg squats.

    I also like the Bulgarian split squat with weights (dumbells or plates) and sumo to focus on different muscles.

    Sumo, front weight squat and my most recent, jump squat twist w\ air boxing.
    I hate jump squats, but the twist version gives my legs that two second break when I'm repositioning and punching. However the first time I done it my knee tried shifting out of socket, luckily I've been doing other knee exercises, so it didn't dislocate.
