Hello all, I'm 23 years old from Utah. I first started my weight loss journey when I was 14. I successfully lost 70 pounds with weight watchers and managed to keep the weight off for several years. I initially started gaining weight after I had a miscarriage and started getting the depo shots. I gained nearly 80 pounds in one year. I know this was also because of bad eating habits and lack of exercise. Since, my weight has fluctuated up and down. I've done high protein diets, hcg, cleanses, and even tried weight watchers again. I've had a really hard time finding my self control and motivation to not only stay on track but to stay positive. My biggest downfall is expecting weight loss results quickly, I get discourage easily when I don't lose as much as I think I should. Even though I know what is a healthy weight loss per week it's hard to get those big numbers out of my head. This time, is my chance to shine and prove myself wrong. This is my time to start a change that lasts a life time. This time I'm finding myself and my happiness again. This is my time to good health and finding myself. I'm still new to this and would be excited to have motivational support. Also I hope to be that support for someone else that may be struggling. Please add me if you'd like. Sorry for the rant.

Omg girl story of my life! You are not alone! I've battle with weight since i was little. The biggest I've been was at 15 years old. Then I started to eat better and lost 65 pounds. Then got onto Depo for 4 years! Gained it all back. Lost and gained weight twice since then :( struggle is real! Your not alone! My fitness pal is awesome and friends on here post so much motivational quotes and are very supportive. Your going to love it!
