    Ok I need to do this I lost 80 pounds and kept off for 5 years over the last year or so gained back 30.. I can't fit any of the clothes in my closet. I think seeing the number on a screen with others looking will help... I am going to punta can a in December which is another huge motivation...

    A slightly disappointing loss of 300 grams this week. I was actually down 700 grams but then went back up again, for no apparent reason. I've been eating pretty well & exercising, so maybe it's just fluid retention from too much salt or something. Never mind - a loss is a loss!
