Anyone have a good tips to get rid of extra body fluid?

Drink water water water. You can add some lemons or lemon juice also. It helps get rid of fluids.0

More water, less sodium, sweating.0

Drink more fluids and patience. Maybe cut sodium if it's high. If your body is retaining water then it's doing it for a reason. Don't force it out.0

Drinking water is fine, but don't try other methods to stop water retention. Your body doesn't retain water for no reason, it retains it so your cells don't either shrivel or burst. Unless you have a medical condition where your body can't properly regulate water balance, drink fluids, be patient, and let your kidneys work their magic.0

Unless you have high blood pressure or edema that negatively affects you medically, don't try to get rid of "extra" body fluid. Its probably there for a reason. If you are retaining water because your salt intake is very high, just reduce your salt intake.0

When I cut down my salt intake I lose weight.0

Sometimes increasing your sodium can also work depending on the amount of sodium you are consuming...I retain water like crazy before my period (like most do I assume) and I wish I could relieve it, but nothing works except waiting it out.0
