So my goal is to hit 200 got deads and squat. Everyone keeps telling me "eat more" to get out of the plateau. Any thoughts? Or similar past experiences??

Are you doing variation work? Normal stance, sumos, etc.
One thing I do is switch up my workouts frequently.
There's a guy on YouTube that's weighs around 160lbs and can deadline over 600lbs. You should check him out, definitely worth watching. Maxx Chewning or something like that.0 -
