Admittedly so far I've only made the sauce, BUT! I'm having a hard time not just eating the sauce like soup while I wait to make the rest.
Makes 4 servings.
Each serving is 444 calories, 29 g fat
Ingredients
Tyson Premium 100% All Natural - Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast - 4
Raw - Red Onion, 0.5 Onion
Raw - Red Bell Pepper, 1 medium
Generic - Raw - Green Bell Pepper, 1 Bell Pepper
Bertolli - Olive Oil - Extra Light , 5 Tbsp
Heinz - Distilled White Vinegar, 4 tbsp
Kikkoman - Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce , 4 Tbsp
Oil - Sesame, 2 tsp
Skippy - Creamy Peanut Butter, 4 Tbsp
Domino - Granulated Sugar (5lb), 1/4 cup
Cayenne pepper (ground), 1/2 tsp
Cilantro - 1/4 cup (fresh) -OR- 1/8 cup (dried)
The second block of ingredients is the sauce. Simple enough - just put em all in a pot. Bring to a boil, then take off heat and whisk together.
I added a little dash more cayenne and a little plop more of peanut butter to mine just for the heck of it.
The rest is simple enough, too. Slice the onion and peppers into thin slices, saute for a little while. Cook the chicken breasts however you like, then cut into slices or chunks (I think the cut is more of a personal preference thing).
Leaving the sauce separate or pouring it over the chicken and veggies is totally up to you.
Serve with brown rice!
...Or noodles
...or white rice
....or broccoli
Tada?
*EDIT*
Nutrition facts don't include brown rice/noodles/broccoli (aka w/e you serve it with) in case you wondered
