    Wow!!! I wish I was a size (14) I’m looking forward to reaching that point in my weight loss. It is suggested that you weigh yourself at least once a week, I wouldn't do it every day it could become discouraging. You should be proud of what you have accomplished so far.

    I would rock that size 14 if you can.

    I tend to obsess and weigh myself daily. It is a bad idea because the scale does fluctuate and I feel bad when it goes up. dumb dumb dummy I need to stop!
