      Middle-aged Scottish guy here. This is my third time starting from scratch on MFP. Had great success the first time but I stopped using it and things went to hell in a hand cart. Second time neither my heart nor head was in it so hoping this time I'll stay focussed. Good luck to everyone. Happy to accept anyone as friends.

      I live in Leicestershire, and I'm 62 years old. I gained a lot of weight in recent years because I was getting no exercise due to health issues. I bought myself an air walker last month, and I started using myfitnesspal soon after, and I've lost 12lb so far. I'm determined to lose the excess weight and get fitter, so I'm in this for the long haul. Feel free to add me.
