Or, you could just eat your veggies?0

There are no special results this product would give you that you couldn't get through real food. Real food is always better than processed crap like the it works stuff. I get extra greens in my adding them to my morning smoothie. I can easily get two cups of spinach or kale that way.0

One can tell that it doesn't, just from this mumbo-jumbo:Help detoxify, alkalize and energize your body with every glass of Greens, now with an even better pH-balancing blend that includes an acidity-fighting combination of magnesium and potassium for even more alkalizing properties. New added probiotic support helps you better maintain that healthy balance by keeping your digestive system regular and toxins flowing out.
And there is more where that's coming from.

I take the greens supplements every morning. I'm not using at as a weight loss supplement, but I like to have it in the morning to get me going. I found that I've stopped drinking coffee so that's one perk. I originally bought it to support my friend who is a distributor but I really like it.0

^ There is nothing wrong with having coffee unless you have too much or you are adding things to it that doesn't suit your goals.0

I get my greens from adding spinach to my protien shake/smoothie plus eating salads.0

This entire company is a scam and I would never buy a single product from them.0

If you don't like fresh greens, use a blender or nutribullet to throw bagged kale or spinach in with unsweetened almond milk (or regular milk, yogurt kefir). You can add a banana for sweetness, or frozen fruit. If you don't mind rinsing off greens, you can just by a bunch of leafy kale and rinse off a couple of leaves before throwing them in.0

Considering this poster contemplated buying the product in January, I have a feeling the OP has already bought them or not. Considering her ticker still says 0lbs lost, my guess is they did not spark a great detox, kickstart, or anything else.0
