    I live in Duvernay , Laval . Love the area for my outdoor walks when I just don;t feel like going to the basement gym. So nice to walk and see different scenery each time. Up to 5 km brisk walks at avg pace according to mapmywalk being 9:45/km.

    Loving the new non smoker me !!!! 1.5 months and still counting each new day as a non smoker.

    update now at 3.5 months smoke free and a brisk pace walk almost 7 days a week for 30 minutes is starting to help me lose the gained weight
