Hi everyone!!
I think my metabolism quit! Lol. I'm in a struggle with food, a never ending battle! I just love eating great food. It doesn't help that I live in Seattle. Too many great places to eat! I've gone from a college athlete to a couch athlete. Lol. I would love some support and community as I embark on losing 50 ponds. My goal weight is 180. I starting dieting this week. 1200 calories a day! I would also maybe like to find some hiking buddies, guys or gals, in the area! Hit me up. GO HAWKS, David. Please add me!!     1200 is really low! You likely could eat way more and still lose . :)

    1200 sounds very low.

    What are your stats? Height/weight/activity level/

    Hello to you both, :) I wasn't really sure how many calories I should be eating. I'm 5'10.5". I currently am 227ish and I'm pretty active. And I'm a commercial electrician, so I'm on my feet a lot and constantly going up and down ladders. I was editing my profil since I haven't been on here for awhile. Nice to meet you both!

    I calculated out that you can be eating roughly 2700 to lose a pound a week. :)
