How did I get here? Stress, middle age, sedentary, foodie. Didn't think I would be so heavy in my life. Starting over , again. Realizing it all has to be permenant change. I'm 48 and realize I need to get this under control before I have serious health issues. Living in Maple Ridge BC. Would be great to find a walking buddy.
