The true meal-replacement stuff will generally have carbs. Glucerna is a meal-replacement for diabetics, but still has carbs. Boost has a diabetic version, but I don't remember what it is called.
You could try a protein bar, but that's more "candy bar with protein" than it is "meal replacement."0 -

Quest... a little expensive but you can heat them in the microwave and it makes them wonderful. And very low carb.0

CatsCats, what kind of shake do you use, can I ask?0

Thanks for the suggestions. Quest bars I've tried and i don't know if they changed the formula or what but they were horrible. I couldn't bite into the bar and they tasted awful.0

I like the Think Thin Protein and Fiber. Honestly I'm not sure about the carbs, but the sugar is low, the protein is high, and the calories are reasonable. And they taste great. I don't use them as a meal replacement very often, but always keep one in my bag.0
