Hey Guys, I'm back on MFP after a long hiatus.. Have just recently come back from Europe and have put on a lot of weight and just do not feel comfortable in my skin at the mo so defiantly time to get back on the band wagon and put down that beer glass ;( Just Wondering if any one here is from Australia?? I notice that heaps of you guys are from the states and not many from my neck of the woods.

    I'm from Sydney , just starting mfp today.Yeah that glass of beer is hàrd to put down , I guess no pain no gain !

    Summer coming up I want to lose 5-7kg thought this might help me to keep motivated. So just starting properly today,
