I'm normally at the gym every MWF and Saturday

Today is Wed so I started my workout at 6:00 am at NYSC in Nanuet NY

0600-0715
12/12 Pile Squats w/ 4kg Kettle Ball high
pulls.
12/12 Bent Over Tricep Arm Kick Backs
7.5 lbs
12/12 Step up by w/bicep curls 7.5 lbs
12/ 45 Second Low Plank Holds
12/12 TRX rows
12/12 Russian Twists w/4kg Kettle Ball
