Hello, I am new to My Fitness Pal but I have used Sparkpeople in the past which I think is sort of like this. Day one and so far I really like it. I am a recent first time mom and coming to realize its a little hard to find time to exercise and diet while being a full time mom, wife, and employee! So I am here for motivation and help this time around to lose this weight. I am tired of carrying it and I wanna be at my goal weight when me and my husband try for baby #2. :flowerforyou:

    I can't do it alone either! Everyone on here is so supportive, I felt silly writing at first but reading what people are all writing and being so supportive and offering advice has really got me into the swing of things. Good luck! :smile:
