What is your plan to get healthy? That seems to be such a loaded question now days. Most people say eat right, what does that really mean?0

Hi Walker, The first thing I did was get all the bad stuff out of my apartment. My plan is to eliminate sugar, fried foods, bread and eat no more than 1400 calories per day. We know starches turn into sugar in the body and sugar turns into fat, so I cannot eat the starch. I have lost the weight before by getting focused, eating a low calorie diet and exercising, so I know I can do it again. I am so glad I am on this site for motivation and discussions with folks like yourself. Thanks for reaching out, I needed this on my first day.0
