i was just reading a health magazine and there was a table on what to eat and what to avoid

avoid-
apples,pears,mango,watermelon,onions,peaches,leek,wheat,prunes,honey

in moderation-
citrus fruit,bananas,sweet potato,garlic,tomatoes,carrots

eat heaps-
avocado,strawberries,pineapple,potato,eggs,spinach,celery,rice,oats,meat

opinions please some of this dosnt look right :huh:

    I think we need a bit more context - what was the article about and why did they say to avoid them?

    the net-net BOTTOM LINE: C A L O R I E S. Period. Stay within your calorie range, exercise and eat what you want that is as healthy as possible. If you're eating equal calories of a freakin' MANGO instead of SOUR PATCH KIDS or PEANUT M&Ms, then consider yourself doing GREAT! :) Natural raw fruits and veggies are WAY ahead of most people's ballgames! :)

    Yeah, whatever the article is talking about they are just recommending some fruits and veggies over others. They're not saying it's unhealthy to eat them, but it's just slightly better to eat the others.
