Well, low carb focus so yes more protein and fats.0

Eat butter, sour cream, full fat mayo and salad dressing, cheese, avocados, olives.
Also perhaps dark meat chicken, beef, pork, eggs, bacon, salmon, tuna, almonds, macadamia nuts.
Eat low carb veggies like bok chop, romaine, spinach, collard greens, broccoli, summer squash, cauliflower, mushrooms, cucumbers, green beans, snow peas, asparagus.0 -

My snacks are usually very similar, and my meals don't vary every week. I don't think I repeat foods more than the average person though.0 -
