Yoga / Plyo Mat Suggestions Needed !

In my bedroom, I made the most shocking discovery. I HAVE A FLOOR ! A carpeted one at that. I'm looking for a good yoga / Plyo Mat so I can work out in my room when it's 4am and ADHD won't let me sleep. Nothing too expensive, but I'm willing to spend $30. It has to be thick as well because there's no insulation in this house.

    I bought one at Target last year for about 20 bucks. Don't use it all the time since it doesn't grip hardwood well. It is thick though. Good for more slow flow yoga. I think it was their lower end champion brand.

    You can Check Goodwill too. Mine often had yoga mats for just a few $.
