Weight Loss Goal

Been trying to start again my weight loss program. I have lost 20 kg. I weighed 105-110 kg last 2013. Today I weigh 85 kg. I've thought if only Im serious with my diet, then I've been losing more for 2 years, way up too long right? The yoyo thing is when you lose weight for let's say 2-3 months and then you gain again after losing a couple of pounds. And that is because you can't control yourself and due to lack of discipline. So my deal with myself and to somebody who read this, let's have a strict compliance with our diet and most especially with exercise. They used to call me calorie freak 'coz I used to count all the calories of my food intake but I don't mind them. I have goals to meet. I wish this is the start of my real strict weight loss regimen.

The mfp philosophy is more of a long term one. The idea is sustainability for weight loss while training yourself on how to maintain that loss. If you do it right this will be the last diet you will ever be on.0
