Hi guys!

I just started a 3 day trial of Thrive. I was wondering if anyone else has tried it?

It has been life changing for me so far, and seems so unbelievable I'd love to hear if anyone else has tried it and what your success has been.

Any other things you found that work to help curb appetite, give you energy or the motivation to actually get moving, I'd love to know about.

Angel :)

Sharing the link is classed as advertising and is against the community guidelines.

It's just another MLM where people with no qualifications and little experience try and sell it to other people with no qualifications and little experience to get their own products cheaper.

Have you tried it? Or anything that has worked?

I have lost almost 35kg/over 70lbs and kept it off by counting calories and following MFP. I've tried all the expensive diets in the past, and nothing stuck. They really do nothing back make money for their owners, one of the greatest scams out is the multi-billion dollar diet industry which convinces people that they need to spend a fortune and buy special products to lose weight.

It's an MLM marketing scam, so no. I did it the old fashioned way by counting calories.

Sounds like a great way to earn money selling it. Even if you are having good results, three days isn't really enough time to see if it really is doing anything other than being a placebo.

Calories in VS calories out (CICO) is the only way to lose weight (apart from surgical removal of fat). Now there are many ways to get to a calorie deficit (low carb, IIFYM, "clean eating" etc) but if you have lost weight, it's because you have eaten less calories than your body has used. If you like a program or product, just remember that that program/product isn't the golden ticket to weightloss, it's just a tool to help you get there.

If it works for you, then wonderful. I'm happy you've found a method to keep the weight off.

As for me, I'll keep doing my thing ^^.

Can you be more specific by "life changing"? That is a pretty bold statement after only three days. When I think life changing I think: weddings, death, birth of a child.

I have never taken Thrive, but I have spent a lot of time during the summer researching diet supplements. I have decided that I will not take diet supplements to help me lose weight because of all the false advertising and lack of true evidence that the product is actually what caused the weight loss.

I have lost 30 lbs now on my own using MFP and my Fitbit. No gimmicks, no chemicals, no MLM schemes, just yummy food in reasonable portions.
