Sauce advice

I've cooked chicken green veg and sweet potato mash for my lunch this week but it's a little bland any ideas on a healthy sauce that I can add to it ?

A little spicy mustard would be good with the chicken and veggies without adding too many calories. I also really like balsamic vinegar; a dash with a little salt would perk up your lunch.0

I'm making chicken masala tomorrow. it is a tomato/yogurt based sauce. And I can use a crock pot

I up the spices a bit, but I like it spicy.
oh just read the "add" part.
Sauces are tricky. Unless I am planning on making a sauce, like above, then I usually rub my chicken in a bunch of spices. you could make the above recipe without the chicken and ladle it on top I suppose.
